If you've never run before, or not for a very long time, then RunWithMe is right for you. The course is aimed at women who are beginners to running and is designed to get you fit but in a fun way. Patience is a virtue when it comes to running. With this in mind you are eased into running gradually over the length of the course. If you are lacking the confidence and need some motivation to get started, then RunWithMe is right for you. Based in Clontarf, the classes are on Tuesday and Thursday evenings at 8pm. Come along and embrace a new active lifestyle.
NEW COURSE "Improvers Course" If you can already run a 5k and would like to progress to 10k or just maintain your fitness then this is the course for you. You will be guided through a series of specialised sessions which improve your fitness, endurance and overall strength. All in the company of like minded runners with the same goals
