About Me


If there is one thing I know about it’s running….for the past 18 years of my life it has stuck with me through thick and thin!  Competing for Ireland in World and European Championships are definite highlights for me but often the greatest enjoyment is meeting up with friends in the park for a run and a chat.  Running is an absolute passion of mine and one that I love to share with others.


Have you ever seen a crowd of people queuing, no idea what they are waiting for but thought “well, it’s got to be for something good”?  The new running boom taking over our country is a bit like this.  With so many people out there running and feeling the benefits, if you’re not part of it you kind of feel like you are missing out on something.  And in this case, you are missing out.  You are missing out on one of the most fulfilling types of exercise where the benefits are endless, from stress relief to weight loss and a sense of well-being that will stretch to all avenues of your life.


If you are a complete beginner to running it can be daunting but that’s where a bit of guidance, motivation and camaraderie comes in.  My 6 week beginner running course offers the structure and support that provides you with the platform to progress from a walker to a runner.
