How the course works
- Throughout the 6 week course you are eased into running with a mixture of walking and running; as you progress you will run/jog for more time than you walk
- Stretching is used to aid recovery and promote flexibility
- Nobody gets left behind. Since we use a loop, there are stop off points if you feel you need a breather and then you can easily join back in
- The aim is to run for fun, enjoyment and fitness
- This is a great way to meet new people
- Everyone works at their own pace and progress is individual to each person
- You will be supported, helped and encouraged every step of the way
What the course covers
- 2 sessions a week for 6 weeks as well as a tailored homework session to be completed in your own time
- Weekly e-mail support and review
- Hints and tips on nutrition and injury prevention
- Ability to avail of discounted Personal Training Sessions
